I attended San Diego State University to earn my bachelor's degree in business and hospitality management. I also earned a sociology minor. I then went on to UC - Irvine for my master's degree in public policy. As a tutor, I'm a strong collaborator, and I'm great at building relationships with students. I've experience in a wide array of academic topics, but my specialties are statistics, geometry, algebra, economics, and related subjects, along with essay writing, business writing, history, and government. In addition, I'm strong in the sciences, particularly biology, psychology, geology, physics, and other earth and physical sciences. Education is a huge part of my family. My sister is a high school English teacher, and my brother is a middle school teacher of geometry and algebra. Just like my siblings, I get really enjoy helping students learn better, especially when they are able to overcome learning obstacles to do it. When I have free time, I enjoy playing the guitar, going on to see live music, watching documentaries, riding my snowboard, going scuba diving, and traveling. I'm also interested in science, government, and politics.
